Our Features
We've built a Gym that's packed with features designed to make your experience on Rough N Ready as enjoyable and engaging as possible. Our Main Dojo boosts a specialist Rig With 19 heavy Punch Bags, and a large mattes area. we stock various gloves, kick boots, and gum shields as well as providing these while you start out. We also have a large bag room with a boxing room and sparring cage located here, finally our weights room is greet to get the blood following whether you want to do cardiovascular work of strength we have you covered.
we also hire out each space to various groups to run there own classes.
